需要注册账号或付费吗？
不需要。念匣没有账号，当前版本也没有付费内容。
为什么我看不到 AI 摘要？
设备端 AI 需要支持 Apple Intelligence 的 iPhone，并在系统中开启；部分地区暂不可用。不可用时，录音、转写和搜索照常使用；你可以在“设置 › AI › 我的服务”添加自己的 AI 服务来获得摘要、模板和问答。
第一次转写时提示需要下载？
首次使用某种语言时，iOS 需要从 Apple 下载语音识别资源。下载完成后可离线转写。下载前录音照常保存，之后可以再转写。
添加 AI 服务会把我的录音传到哪里？
只会从你的 iPhone 直接发给你添加并授权的那个服务，不经过我们。授权页会写明地址和发送内容，可随时撤销。
怎么用操作按钮录音？
打开 iPhone“设置 › 操作按钮”，选择“控制”，再选“念匣 · 开始录音”。也可以把它加到控制中心或锁屏。
如何备份和换机？
在“设置 › 隐私与数据 › 备份与恢复”导出完整备份，在新设备上选择“恢复备份”。重复的记录会自动跳过，不会覆盖已有内容。
删掉的录音还能找回吗？
删除的记录会先进入回收站，在保留期内可以恢复。
Do I need an account or a subscription?
No. Nianbox has no accounts, and this version has no paid features.
Why don’t I see AI summaries?
On-device AI needs an iPhone that supports Apple Intelligence, with it turned on in Settings, and it isn’t available in every region. Without it, recording, transcription and search still work, and you can add your own AI service in Settings › AI › My Services for summaries, templates and Q&A.
It says a download is needed the first time I transcribe.
The first time you use a language, iOS downloads speech recognition assets from Apple. After that, transcription works offline. Your recording is saved in the meantime and can be transcribed later.
Where does my audio go if I add an AI service?
Only from your iPhone directly to the service you added and authorized, never through us. The authorization screen shows the address and what’s sent, and you can revoke it at any time.
How do I record with the Action button?
Open iPhone Settings › Action Button, choose Controls, then pick “Nianbox · Start Recording”. You can also add it to Control Center or the Lock Screen.
How do I back up or move to a new iPhone?
Export a full backup in Settings › Privacy & Data › Backup & Restore, then choose Restore Backup on the new device. Duplicates are skipped and nothing existing is overwritten.
Can I get back a deleted note?
Deleted notes go to Recently Deleted first and can be restored until the retention period ends.
